• Cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and preferences.

• Connect Clients with Providers and facilitate service bookings.
• Verify Provider identity to maintain community trust and safety.
• Send transactional emails such as booking confirmations and service reminders.
• Display your public profile information to other users.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in these limited circumstances:

• With other users: Public profile details (name, bio, skills, ratings, location) are visible to other HoneyDo users.
• With service providers: We use trusted third-party services (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• In a business transfer: If HoneyDo is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Identity Verification Data

Government-issued ID documents and selfies submitted for Provider verification are stored securely and used solely for identity verification purposes. This data is not shared publicly and is retained only as long as necessary to maintain account trust and comply with legal requirements.

We will never share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose a Provider's ID documents, selfies, or identity-verification details with other users, Clients, or any third party at any time — except where disclosure is strictly required by law, court order, or a binding legal demand. Your ID details are seen only by authorized HoneyDo administrative personnel for verification, and access is tightly restricted and audited.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may retain certain data for legal, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes after deletion.

HoneyDo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered on our platform, please contact us and we will promptly delete the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of HoneyDo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
